For the project management of the new Nordsee branch, it was required that high standards of hygiene be met. All of the furniture such as tables, counters and wall panels were designed and installed according to strict hygiene criteria. What proved to be equally challenging was the coordination of the technical installation of the industrial kitchen with grills, professional ovens and freezers.
